Bush signs torture bill: Really, really bad day for World

The C.I.A. is now allowed to torture anyone who is considered an "enemy combatant". Such a well-run, efficient orginization should have these kind of powers. And such a smart, all-knowing, world-wise guy like Bush should be the one to determine who's the 'enemy'. Sure he can't talk, or spell and calls all non-Americans 'evil', but I'm sure it will all work out just fine:
